ADG FlySafe · by Argus Defense Group

Know the sky before you launch.

Wind and gusts with a go/no-go call for the aircraft you pick — small, standard, heavy, ag spray or your own custom limits — plus airspace and LAANC ceilings, TFRs, weather alerts and live air traffic for where you fly: on your phone in the field, on a display in the shop, and on a planning map before you leave. For every drone pilot — commercial, recreational, public safety and ag — and for crewed pilots sharing the same sky.

The ADG FlySafe operations dashboard for Boonville, Missouri: wind 5.8 mph from the north-east gusting 10.3 with a green Go, a 14-hour wind and gust chart, a 5-day outlook, live radar over Missouri, a traffic map, drone and regulatory news, and a table of nearby aircraft with altitude, distance and bearing.

See it in action

Three apps, one subscription

Each one answers a different question: can I fly here, now? What is the day going to do? And what is in the way of the job I am planning?

Field app /dash/

The go/no-go check for wherever you are standing, built for a bright screen and one hand. It folds every gate — wind, Delta-T, alerts, nearby traffic, airspace — into one verdict at the top, and it still opens where there is no signal.

Field app, wind tab: an orange Marginal banner because one aircraft is low and close, wind 5.3 mph gusting 11 and in window; below it the wind and flight window card and a 12-hour wind chart.
1Wind & flight window Wind and gusts judged against your aircraft’s profile, wind direction and the next 12 hours at a glance — plus Delta-T for spray work.
Field app, traffic tab: 81 aircraft within 100 nautical miles, 4 within 25, none low and close; a map of nearby traffic and a table of callsigns, types, height above ground, distance and bearing.
2Low & close traffic alarm Live ADS-B around you, sorted by distance, with an alarm for anything low and close.
Field app, airspace tab: Class G, 400 feet above ground, no authorization needed; not inside any restricted area; nearest airport Jesse Viertel Memorial 3.3 nautical miles; and an active National Weather Service flood warning.
3Airspace, TFRs & alerts Airspace class and facility-map (LAANC) ceiling, restrictions, the nearest airport, TFRs and NWS alerts — plus a radar tab.

Operations dashboard adgflysafe.com

A wall display for the shop or the trailer: the whole day’s picture on one screen, refreshing itself, so the crew can see whether the next load goes out without anyone opening a laptop.

The operations dashboard, with numbered markers on the wind panel, the 14-hour wind chart, the live radar and the aircraft table.
  1. Wind now, with a verdictSpeed, direction and gust against your limits, with temperature, humidity and conditions alongside.
  2. 14 hours and 5 days aheadHour-by-hour wind, gust and rain chance, and a 5-day outlook marked against your limits.
  3. Live radarAnimated precipitation radar centred on your site.
  4. Traffic map & aircraft tableEvery ADS-B target nearby, sorted by distance, with low and close aircraft flagged — plus drone and regulatory news alongside.

Mission planning /plan/

A planning map for the job before you drive to it: FAA facility-map (LAANC) ceilings, towers and obstacles from the FAA Digital Obstacle File, prohibited and special use airspace, and terrain relative to your launch point — then a route.

The mission planning map over a field in the Missouri River bottoms north of Boonville: a four-corner survey boundary filled with a 12-pass lawnmower route of 60 numbered waypoints, a takeoff point at the south-west corner, and the survey settings panel showing 15 feet over crop, 130-foot pass spacing and an Export KML button.
  1. Survey route from a boundaryTap the corners of a field and generate a lawnmower route at your pass spacing, height over crop and waypoint interval. Or drop waypoints by hand.
  2. Takeoff and terrainSet the launch point and the map shades ground height relative to it, out to 15 miles.
  3. Terrain-corrected altitudesEach waypoint’s commanded altitude is adjusted so the aircraft holds the height you asked for over the ground.
  4. Export KMLTake the route to your ground-station software. Planning only, and it may not work on every UAV system — check every waypoint in your aircraft’s own software before flight.

What you get

Everything that decides a launch, in one place

Gathered from official sources — the FAA, the National Weather Service and NOAA radar, and USGS — plus the community ADS-B network adsb.lol, and arranged around the questions you actually ask before a flight.

Traffic you can see

Live ADS-B on a map and a table, sorted by how close it is, with an alarm for anything low and close to you.

Airspace & restrictions

FAA UAS facility-map ceilings, controlled airspace, prohibited and special use areas, stadiums, the nearest airport, and live TFRs.

Weather that decides a launch

Wind and gusts with a go/no-go call, a rain countdown, NWS alerts and animated radar. Pick your aircraft profile — small, standard, heavy, ag spray or your own custom limits — and every wind call uses it.

Limits for your aircraft

Wind is judged against the profile you pick, from a sub-250 g mini to a Matrice, or limits you set yourself. The ag spray profile adds Delta-T, a too-calm warning and the spray window.

Works where you are

The field app is made for a bright screen and one hand, uses your phone’s location, and still opens where there is no signal.

Plan before you go

Towers and obstacles, terrain relative to launch, waypoint and survey routes with terrain-corrected altitudes, and KML export.

Who it’s for

For anyone who flies, crewed or uncrewed

Any drone, any mission — and the crewed pilots sharing the same low-level sky. Works anywhere in the United States the public FAA and NWS data covers.

Part 107 commercial pilots

Survey, mapping, inspection, real estate, film and photo work: airspace and facility-map ceiling, TFRs and towers before you set up.

Recreational flyers

Know whether the park, the farm or the lake is clear to fly today, and what else is in the air before you put yours up.

Public safety & enterprise

Police, fire, SAR and utility teams: a fast go/no-go at the scene, live traffic for helicopters nearby, and a shared screen back at base.

Ag & spray operators

Know whether the next load can go: wind, gusts, Delta-T and the spray window, with low traffic called out before an ag plane or helicopter is on top of you.

Crewed pilots

Ag aviation and general aviation: nearby ADS-B traffic, wind, alerts and radar for the strip you are flying from.

Shops & crews

Put the dashboard on a screen in the shop and carry the field app in your pocket — one subscription covers two devices at once.

Questions

Before you sign up

Is it free to try?

Yes. New accounts get 7 days free with full access to all three apps. The trial is once per account.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

Yes — a card is collected when you start, so nothing stops on day 8. Stripe charges nothing until the trial ends, and if you cancel inside the 7 days you are not charged at all. We never see or store your card number.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges already made are generally not refunded — see the terms.

How many devices can I use?

Two signed in at once — say, a display in the shop and a phone in the field. Signing in on a third signs out whichever has been signed in longest, and we email you when that happens.

Is this an authorisation to fly?

No. ADG FlySafe is advisory only. A green “go” is a summary of public data against thresholds, not permission; a facility-map ceiling is not a LAANC approval; and an empty traffic scope does not mean empty sky. The pilot in command is responsible for the flight — check the official sources before every flight.

Will the planner work with my drone?

Routes export as KML, which many ground-station apps import. It is for planning, and it may not work on every UAV system, flight controller or app — check every waypoint and altitude in your aircraft’s own software before flight.

Where does the data come from?

Public sources: the FAA (airspace, LAANC, obstacles, TFRs), the National Weather Service (forecasts, station observations, alerts), NOAA radar, USGS (maps and terrain), FEMA (correctional facilities) and the community-fed ADS-B network adsb.lol. The full list, with each source's terms, is in the terms.
